Create a Jira Cloud issue as a Workflow Action is now Generally Available

Enterprise Incident Management users now have exclusive access to conditionally create a Jira Cloud issue through Incident Workflows, extending the application’s functionality beyond manual and automatic ticket creation.

It enables users to backlog low-priority incidents into a Jira project, or create an Incident Review record for high-priority incidents without human intervention needed.
